She previously worked at CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is from Pennsylvania who received her master's degree from the University of Miami. Her professional career began as video coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She won a local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV in Miami. She was employed at WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. The station was selected as anchor for ESPN2 in 1993, when the channel was first introduced. After three years with the network, she quit ESPN2 to join Fox Sports. Then she returned back to ESPN in 1999 and is currently hosting Monday Night Countdown.
